Golden Crispy Tofu with Spicy Green Vegetables http://carrotsandclaret.com/golden-crispy-tofu-with-spicy-green-vegetables/

This tofu dish has a great look and texture.  The spicy al dente vegetables offset the mild crispy soft centred bean curd.  Serve as a delicious and unusual starter or with rice or noodles for a satisfying main course

Looks really yummy - I could eat crispy tofu everyday but I've never attempted it myself!

Think I'll give this a bash!

This looks good, but I just noticed the ingredient list at the beginning doesn't mention the chilis, so I don't know how much of those to use. Reading thru the ingredient list, I was thinking, "Hmmm... this doesn't sound THAT spicy... I can handle ginger, sea salt, and soy sauce..."

I suppose you could leave them out altogether! I love spicy food, so I'd probably go for 2 or 3 Birds Eye chillies, but when I cook for my other half, I have to omit them.
Or maybe a couple of the chunkier red and green chillies would give a more subtle kick... I'll have to experiment!
