I've made something similar, but used mung beans as the "meat".

We dont have boca burgers here booo!

i just turned vegan and i would like to know what soy and tofu taste like i have been a meat eater for 11 and a half years and i think it would be hard to pass up meet but omfg poor animals brought into the world just to be killed (cries)

I came across this...and think this recipe looks awesome and can't wait to try it!!!

I was just wondering...Does anyone know if you could substitute lentils for the Soy crumbles? I have yet to cook w/ lentils, and really would rather use a whole food...

If anyone knows, !!!!!

And if you can sub, how much would equal..?
