1. Chinese cabbage 500g
2. Cooking oil 15g
3. Salt 3g
4. Chili 10g
5. Ginger 5g
6. Vinegar 5g



1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into small sheets, and cut the ginger into small sheets
2. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the ginger and chili and stir fry
3. When there's good smell coming out add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry rapidly
4. When the Chinese cabbage is almost ripe add the salt and vinegar and keep stir frying
5. When the Chinese cabbage is ripe the dish is ready
