Fruit Salsa

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet

Preparation Time: minutes

Serves: makes 2 cups



Chunky Fruit Salsa

1 Fuji apple, peeled, cored and chopped

1 small orange, peeld and chopped

3 tablespoons dried currants

20 whole Almonds, coarsley chopped

2 tblsp. honey



Combine until the fruit and almonds are coated with honey. A great topping for pancakes.

Additional comments:


You can substitute the orange for blueberries or any other fruit.
