Does anyone know if the flour in this recipe could be successfully replaced with a gluten free counterpart?

Thank you!

I needed a simple non-chocolate chip vegan recipe. The stores here do not sell non-dairy chocolate chips and all the other recipes had realy hard to find ingredients.

From where could I get Egg replacer equivalent..?

I would like to try the recipe but don't know where could I get this, so can I avoid it?

You could mix flax or chia seeds with water to make an egg replacer. Apple sauce might work too.
