Oatmeal Walnut Raisin Cookies (Low-Fat)

I was in the kitchen all morning and part of the afternoon baking up 3 batches of these (that's 126 cookies!) for church café tomorrow, and they turned out fabulous! All the taste of Grandma's cookies, but none of the fat! These little beauties are oil-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, with only 88 calories and 1 gram of fat per cookie! http://blog.eatplant-based.com/recip...aisin-cookies/ GO ME!!!

I love the shape of them, how beautiful they turn out to be, let’s hope that when I cook them, they turn out the same way. The only thing I was wondering about is a way to know how much calories concerning energy they will give since I am on a weight loss spree and don’t want to put on the extra weight I gained over time.

Hi crystallibby,

I think that TerriNC's post mentioned the number of calories per cookie: 88 calories.

They do look good!
