They were really really good.
1 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon veggie oil
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbs water
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 mashed banana (used instead of egg)
Bake 350 for about 10 minutes or so.
Could put a jar of apple sauce or pumpkin instead of the banana.
