Lemon & cardamon aquafaba sponge cake
I recently made a recipe for a vegan cake using aquafaba instead of eggs! It is also gluten-free and refined sugar free, using coconut palm sugar instead..

2 1/2 cups cake flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ube extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
8 pcs egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup ube jam
