Crunchy Grain Cereal

Suitable for a: vegan diet





Ingredients:

1 cup millet, soaked overnight

1 cup buchwheat, soaked overnight

1 cup dates, pitted and chopped

1/4 cup raw honey or agave nectar (optional)

1 T cinnamon

1 ripe banana, mashed

1 cup raisins

1 cup chopped or slivered almonds





Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------



Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Spread on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate until crispy. Serve with homemade nut or grain milk.

I would certainly think so. I don't know if it would stay "raw". Can you set your oven to like 100 degrees? Or you could set it on the lowest setting and keep the oven door open.
