Porridge is forever!

The best breakfast for me is cereal, toasts with butter and cheese and a cup of green tea. What are your thoughts?

Not sure what you are aiming for with this thread. Do you want us to describe our favourite breakfast? Or do you want us to tell you what we think of your favourite breakfast?

Anyway, my breakfast always consists of whole wheat toast, a piece of fruit and sometimes yoghurt with muesli/or oatmeal. I eat different varieties of all that every day.

Nothing tastes as good as compassion feels

I'm not much of a breakfast person. It takes me a while feel hungry after waking up, so I usually have a cup of coffee or tea first, then go back for a bagel or a muffin later. Brunches on the other hand, are great. Fresh fruit, smoothies, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, maybe a tofu scramble with a side of toast. Brunch is where it's at.
