This recipe is particularly special for me because A) It's gluten free and that means my husband can have it, and B)It tasted "egglike" enough to impress him. The hash brown crust is really decadent and the quiche firmed up spectacularly. I'm really proud of myself for this one, and thought you guys might enjoy the recipe too!
