My "RAW" SMOOTHIE Bfast Meal Prep Recipe.
My breakfast smoothie might be a tad hard to duplicate but it has kept me ticking for many moons as well as watching my figure=)
I have a Blend-Tec that I am LOVE with. In order to make this concoction I fill the blender twice and also use an immersion blender for post mixing blender mixing.
Total time: Prep/Blend/Clean is 1 hour ='s bfast for a week.
(All ingredients are Organic & as Raw as possible)
2 ½ cups Blueberries.
11-12 teaspoons of Chia Seeds.
11-12 teaspoons of Veggie Powder.
½ jar of peanut butter.
3 cups Wheat Germ.
4 cups Oats.
1 cup Hemp Hearts.
Acai Juice & Coconut milk added to loosen up mixture as oats/wheat germ/hemp hearts/veggie powder harden things up.
Above last me 6-7 days. I have breakfast in bed every morning & following have enough energy for Bikram Yoga, surfing etc…
