This recipe is a great staple for a healthy breakfast. It cooks in a couple of minutes, keeps you nice and full until lunch time and is only 197 calories per serve. It's also free from any added sugars and is 20% of your daily calcium intake. It's starting to sound like a wonder food :)


It's very adaptable, you can use any fruits you like or substitute other kinds of non dairy milk too.

Although I am a healthy person, i want to take more food that I like. But, also i am trying to lose my weight as I become fat. Thanks for writing the recipe here.
