Mexican Bean Turnover by Final Aeon

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.
Ingredients:

15g wheat flour
100g canned red beans
Salt and tex-mex spices
90g wheat flour
Salt, tex-mex spices and baking soda
Instructions:

Put all the ingredients from the left column into a blender and blend (add some water) until you have a smooth consistance.
Make a circle with that paste and cook it in a oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
Put together the ingredients of the right column with water to make bread dough.
Let it rest for an hour in a warm place.
Spread the bread dough, you should have something with 1cm high.
Put the bean steak on it and close the bread dough on the top like a turnover (or like a dim-sem).
Bake it in the oven (same temperature as before) for 5 minutes.

Serve with lettuce and soy sauce.
