Category: Breads

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

-----------------------------------------------------

15g wheat flour

100g canned red beans

Salt and tex-mex spices

90g wheat flour

Salt, tex-mex spices and baking soda

Instructions:

-----------------------------------------------------

Put all the ingredients from the left column into a blender and blend (add some water) until you have a smooth consistance.

Make a circle with that paste and cook it in a oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.

Put together the ingredients of the right column with water to make bread dough.

Let it rest for an hour in a warm place.

Spread the bread dough, you should have something with 1cm high.

Put the bean steak on it and close the bread dough on the top like a turnover (or like a dim-sem).

Bake it in the oven (same temperature as before) for 5 minutes.

Additional comments:
