I never thought I could make bread, let alone a bread called 'focaccia', but after seeing the pictures, I just had to make it. It turned out to be super easy and absolutely delicious. The recipe is on the first link.

The second link shows a flatter panini version with almond butter. I don't have a panini maker so I just used a shallow pan and pressed it flat; I tried almond butter but it was too bland for my taste, peanut butter was too rich, so I made my own organic chestnut butter and it was perfect. I also used coconut oil instead of olive but it was too oily, so now I don't use any oil at all. An advice if you're using frozen blackberries, don't let them thaw out before adding them to the focaccia, otherwise you'd have blue bread. Make sure they're dry. I wanna try this made with whole wheat flour too.

I've never had focaccia with fruit in it. Looks interesting.

Wow that looks fantastic! I love fruit in more and more unexpected dishes as the years go by.
