I know there's a recipe for beer bread on here (and I'll have to try it one day), but here's how my mama taught me.
I've even included pictures to help!
Suited for: Vegetarian
3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick (or if you have it in a tub, 1/2 cup) of butter
1 12oz can of beer (any beer works, I use the cheap kind).
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 F (176.6 Celsius)
2)Dump everything in bowl
4)Spread in baking pan/bread pan
5) Bake for 50 minutes.
1st picture is ingredients, 2nd picture is flour in bowl, 3rd picture is everything else in bowl, 4th picture is what it looks like before you bake it, and 5th picture is finished product.
