this is one of my FAVORITE Shakes to make after a hard workout!
Here's the basic ingredients:
1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Scoop Amazing Grass Superfood
1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
1 Tablespoon White Chia Seeds (Or any)
4 Tablespoons Hemp Protein (or sub with your choice of vegan protein)
1 Satsuma Mandarin
1 Cup Each Frozen Kale, Frozen Blueberries,Pineapple Chunks,Frozen Mango Chunks
2 Small Frozen Bananas
throw all of this into a highspeed blender (I've got a ninja!) and blend up to desired consistency and enjoy!!
