You didn't press your tofu before using it?
Tofu tends to have water in it on its own. So you tend to no matter soft or not have to press the tofu, to get out all the old water out, and then put it in a bath of new water to give it a fresh taste. But I'll try it with pressing my tofu.
- 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) vanilla soy milk
- 2 cups (500 mL) frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cubed soft (silken) tofu
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) vanilla
In blender, purée together soy milk, strawberries, tofu, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Blueberry Tofu Smoothie: Replace strawberries with frozen blueberries.
