I made this with stuff in the fridge, stuff that I needed to use.
I love recipes like this.
4 ounces cream cheese (reduced fat)
1/3-1/2 cup salsa
about 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. chopped bottled garlic
1/2-3/4 cup Del Sunshine Soy Cheddar and Jack Cheese shreds
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
In a medium saucepan, place cream cheese, milk and salsa.
Heat on medium to melt cheese.
Stir stir stir!
Add garlic and cheese, stir to melt.
