Has anyone any expertise in this? I went to a music festival and there was a girl with a stall. I was completely oblivious to these apart from store bought mango variety. There's LOADS. I'd like to make my own but I'm not sure how to go about this.

I make a real simple one, but it's good with Indian food.
Just chop equal parts cucumber, red onion and tomato and add a little cumin.

^ That is very nice, I sometimes add fresh coriander.

I buy tomato chutney (from a supermarket) and I have it on vegan cheese and salad baguettes. Mango chutney is the best though.
