I know there is a monthly "weight loss" thread, but its not just for weight loss, as people are posting there to change habits etc. which I think is GREAT but should be a different thread, so as to not confuse matters, IMO.
As far as your challenge is concerned, I would suggest measuring too, as inches lost is often a better indicator of actual fat shrinkage as opposed to pounds, especially for women!
