Does anyone else here keep a food diary?
I find writing down what i eat helps me balance my diet out and keep track to stop me over eating.
Thing is im getting a bit bored of doing this on my own and wondered if anyone here would like to join in doing an on line food diary. Maybe we could support each other by doing so in the way of advice for those of us wishing to loose weight.
I need all the help i can get so posting what i eat and drink in a forum might make me be more carefull not to induldge in the bad stuff, what does anyone else think?
I have done this on another board ages ago and found i lost weight, as long as i stay totaly honest, which i will and even note down the bad stuff and pig outs on here, maybe it will shame me into not over eating.
could do with the help, anyone fancy joining me?
