What is the deal with Vitamin Water? I know its not as good for you as they say...but is it harmful? I mean I know its better tahn gatorade and all that and that you shouldnt drink it for the vitamins, and one should get their vitamins from the food they eat; however, what if you just like the taste?
I drink regular water all teh time but with summer and the heat its just not as appealing 24/7....plus vitamin water has calories (which i need)...so do you think its okay if I drink some every now and then?
and what about smart water? whats the deal with that stuff?
