Admit it, you do too!

Here's mine:

So, what's yours?

I'd never heard of FitDay before reading this thread, but I started one yesterday after seeing it. So far, I like it. Hopefully it will inspire me to lose that weight I'm been trying to get rid of for a while. My Fitday

Wow...I had an account way back in college and logged back in. I put in the food I ate today and my diet is woooooooefully inadequate so I'll start logging it tomorrow. It's kind of fun to set nutritional and fitness goals and see how you do against them....

Having sex only burns 8 calories?!

That's depressing.

Yeah, a lot of you are eating a lot less than is healthy. (I saw a few 1,200, which is dangerous at least!)

I think I'm done with FitDay. It's too obsessive to write down everything I eat and try to find it in the list every night. They usually don't have stuff I eat. They don't have regular exercises to chose from.

Yeah, I know, I stopped updating it because it was triggering me to record my food/exercise intake. I'm eating more now without it.

Well here is my fitday, I had WLS surgery so don't bother judging my calorie intake, I get in maybe 750-850 a day.

Some of you actually have me scared. Your calorie intakes are way too low in regards to a healthy range. Calorie Restriction has shown to be healthy, but not to such extreme! Try for at least 1,500 a day.

Here's Mine

Just started mine today.. obviously I haven't finished eating for the day, so the calories are not quite teetering on 2k yet. Started it to see what my average nutritional intake is. Interesting to see all of yours!

By the way do YOU have one? ^^

Because I find the whole thing to be prette inaccurate. If you add a custom food (or use one someone added) even if you add the amount of fat, calories and stuff it won't count the rest of the info (vitamins etc) because well, it's not written on the package! In the end it tells you you terribly lack something when it just doesn't know what you ate for sure. Plus it's kind of tedious to keep...

Ok, I just started mine today too... didn't even know about the site until today...

I burn a FRIGHTENING number of calories (I am a cyclist, and a big, tall, heavy one at that)

http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...ner=sabbath999

My first day was a "light day" on the bike, my second day (tomorrow, Monday, is scheduled to be my "rest day"... so it will not be typical as well. Generally I ride from 2 to 3 hours a day.

I am on a serious diet, too, trying to reduce my overall body weight down to where I am just a TALL cyclist and not a BIG one

BTW This is NOT a typical diet day... I got stuck eating out for lunch and all they had that was even close to veggie were burritos... and of course, even though I ordered them without cheese they came with it and we were already down the road. I am not a vegan, but I don't generally eat cheese like that... Also I had "fatty" popcorn at night.
