I cut my carbs by about 90% two weeks ago. Waiting to see if it will have any effect. I definitely feel less 'stodgy' so to speak!

I lost 35 pounds over the course of a year without making any effort to cut carbs. I did (and still do), however, eat only unrefined carbs and unrefined everything else. I exercise regularly, eat an almost entirely whole foods, varied vegan diet, and eat small portions throughout the day. Bring on the carbs!

Cutting carbs? no way for me i love carbs personally i believe that blaming carbs on weight gain is wrong, but of course it depends on what an individual's body can handle etc. eat more complex carbs, pasta and whole wheat/grain bread is already complex. avoid sweets chocolates and things like that. also, pasta , even the refined one, is low gi due to the structure of the durum wheat -i eat it heaps like everyday. i love breads as well so you prob see i'm a carb lover lol but the seceret is, choose the complex ones ;D good luck!!
