It looks good to me, not that I'm an expert or anything. Keep up the good work!

Haha.. I was thinking the same thing. I have no idea what the stuff I eat weighs.

Aren't you trying to combat a disorder? You need far more.

In general, you should be eating over 3000 calories if you are in recovery. So just more. You have a great balance. Try not to count things so much (ie 1 tsp. of peanut butter)

yes, less counting! All that counting would make me bitter and angry, you need to not worry so much

And even with some tofu in it, I would be worried about someone who's recovering from an ED having salad as a meal. Salad makes you eat a lot of bulky calorie-light things and so it seems you are getting more food than you actually are.

So yes: just eat MORE. But it seems like a good start! Kepp it up!

It is definately a good start SpecialK. Well done!

But I think you should add to some more starchy food to your daily intake, perhaps another slice of bread, or some rice or cereal?

You could go with the uber-healthy Ezekial sprouted grain bread/bread products (pita, tortilla, etc...).

Have toast and jam with breakfast, or bread+butter/nut butter with your salad.. or take the salad and roll it up in a tortilla with some beans or something.

Here is a link to the website for Ezekiel bread, as recommended by rabid_child:

http://www.foodforlife.com/

It appears to be an American based company.

Alternatively, here is another link for the recipe to make it:

It's an American brand, but I'm sure you can buy sprouted grain breads in Australia too.

What kind of additives? Sprouted grain bread goes rancid VERY fast so it wouldn't surprise me if they added in things to slow that.

You might find this website useful, SpecialK.

http://veg.imagos.com.au/veg/info.htm

It gives links to veg*n based food companies in Australia. Perhaps they would stock what you need?
