2.8 % down so far. Small number, but a big deal to me.

WTG everyone! Holding steady is not a bad thing at all.

Had a loss this week. Surprised because I "felt" heavy and didn't even want to face the scale. Now at 10% of my weight loss goal. Have a good week!

Well I've been trying to shed some "fluff" lately... I have a wedding dress to squeeze into soon.

I'm not sure how this percentage thing works I read through it and can't quite grasp it but my index is 1% lower than it was last month, which is a noticable amount. If I can loose another 2% I'll be thrilled!!!

Edit: Ok ok I think I get it.... with what I've lost from my start that's about 33% (of my goal which is what we measure right?)... I'd love to just keep this up and loose some more and then maintain it...

I haven't posted in a couple weeks, because I've been feeling really crummy about my backwards progress... But I'm back in the right direction now!!

Back to 9%!

If at first you don't succeed, . . . . I'm going to see if the Weight Watchers 'Core Plan' can be done vegan style - it should, as the food list includes all things plant-y.

stupid gain this week. Apparently chocolate cake and doritos don't make you lose weight... They should tho. They really should...

down another 2.4% FINALLY. Brings me to a total of 36% of my total goal. While that is exciting, that still leaves me needing to lose a lot of weight. *sigh*

I need to loose this weight!!!!! Like really really bad. It's not a lot but it's enough that if I don't get it off me I'll freak in my wedding dress.

I'm at about 36% give or take my indulgent weekends. I got over one plateau and now I'm stuck. I need to work out and get off my lazy behind but I'm exhausted all the time. Plus, today it's 92 and I realized yesterday the AC isn't working. I just wish I had someone who could tell me everyday, "eat this much of this and don't you even think about eating that" just so I could stay on track. I'll go hit the ball-thing and get over myself

Grrrr....

beachbnny dont get discouraged.. We all hit bumps; I was stuck at the same weight for over a month. When I finally lost something it was so exciting! Keep trying and remember your goals always! It helps me to remember where I want to be at all times. Good luck

slow going... really slow...

I really need to stop the emotional eating. Yesterday was all about feeling stressed for no reason, and eating lots and lots of sugar... no bueno...

Holy guacamole! I ate like a little piggy yesterday. I think I mostly just caved under all the dieting I've been doing lately. But I ate everything in the house yesterday. This morning I got on the scale.... and it's all there, every oz of what I ate yesterday. I was up a bunch. I know I'll "process" it but woah.... gotta watch out for that binging...

I'm still somewhere around 35%.... and stuck!
