How many portions or carbs, fruit/vegetables and protein should you eat each day?

Is it healthier to eat different types of each food group?

Aim to get 5-10 serving of fruits and veggies per day.

Whole grains 5-7.

Protein 2-3.

Calcium 2-3.

Some heart healthy fat.

Theres more to it than that, but its a decent start. A varied colorful diet is best

Thanks that's a lot of help I have saved the links and shtuff.

I think I am going to have to start eating more to fit all the portions in though! Does anyone else have that trouble?
