Just wondering if anyone could recomend good veg*n weight loss diets. I can't seem to find any. Website links or suggest books are appreciated!

Most diets out there can be adapted to a veg*n diet. The idea is that with most diets you're trying to eat under a certain amount of calories or learning to eat healthier foods. Weight Watchers and Body For Life are two that are easily adaptable to a veg*n diet.



If you're looking for meal plans and such, ediets.com has a vegetarian option. There's also the Dr. McDougall diet. It's vegetarian, but very low in fat.



There's also fitday.com. You can enter the foods you eat, and it will tell you how many calories you're eating along with how many nutrients you're getting. That way you can set up how many calories you want to eat and monitor it that way.

If you are willing to work out 20min per day (they'll teach you how) for 6 days with on day of rest and eat 5-6 times per day with 1 cheat day, body for life is excellent.

The best one I know is Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. It is based on sound science and focuses on not just your weight, but your overall nutrition and energy. I felt better than I ever had in my life when I was on it. My mom lost a lot of weight and brought her cholesterol down to below 200 for the first time in her life. Highly recommended!

My favorite "diet food" is the monster salad. Garbanzos, edamame, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, baby spinach or romaine - and put on a very light dressing. Lots of protein and vitamins, not a lot of calories. The best thing you can do is eat small portions, and excercise every day for 20-30 minutes. You'll feel great, too!

I'm only 14 and I have like this jelly roll I totally hate and I cannot get rid of!!! I need help! maybe I just have a low self esteem...but am I ugly or not? I'm not obese or anything, i have acne but not near bad so anyway someone help me lose my jelly roll or 10-25 lbs!!! Lot's of Love! Kisses!
