lol "weight". I assume you mean fat. Anyway, eat less food and do cardio.
It doesn't lessen fat, but eliminating salty things will mean you don't retain as much water (so you wont be as bloated) which will produce a "quick", but limited, result.
Eat a high-protein breakfast.
Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice
Drink water a half hour before meals.
Drink coffee or tea
Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods
Losing weight quickly may not be the healthiest or most sustainable strategy. It may be better to find a way to lose weight more steadily with a healthy diet, no junk foods, avoiding animal products, and doing exercise.
The quickest way to lose weight, which might be doing a lot of exercise while hardly eating anything, might not even be safe.
