I'm on week 4 of my "Phased Approach" plan, and am very happy with my progress so far. I've walked my 1.4 miles 5x a week for nearly a month now (yay!!), and have stayed within my Weight Watchers POINTS range for two weeks as of this Saturday.
I weighed myself last Sunday and had lost 3 lbs from the week before (I don't know how many I lost the first week, because my scale was in storage).
Anyway, just reading the boards and everyone else's struggles and successes has helped enormously. Thank you everyone!!
