Summer is starting to wind down (or winter, depending on where you live), and we had better get going to keep our momentum up when fall starts.

Goals for August:
-run 3x a week (doing Couch to 5K, but repeating some weeks)
-free Saturday Zumba
-free Sunday yoga
-keep up the fruit
-kale or swiss chard at least 2x a week (plus other greens)
-more calcium and iron (I haven't been getting enough of these the past couple weeks)
-keep tracking food at least 5 days/week
-hip stretches twice daily
-get up on time, seriously, stop sleeping in every single day (I feel like I can always sleep more, is that weird?)
Mon-Thurs I should yoga or run daily. The next few weeks I'm aiming for 2-3 times/wk if I'm travelling or working, more if I'm not.
I also want to keep a food diary.
"Now listen, I know you've got to think about your image, 'cause image is important to you, because of course your friends are gonna dictate your actions through the rest of your lives, and I wouldn't want you to step away from them and become an individual, that would almost be too much!"...
- Go to sleep at a decent time. 3 AM only ends in misery, when you have to work at 11.
- Swim 15-30 minutes a day.
- See how many tomatoes it takes until lycopenemia sets in.
