That's not bad, right? That on many days I eat a whole lotta almonds and have also started mixing it up milk-wise with almond milk rather than just soy?Â
Everything in moderation and I sorta assume there aren't that many almonds in almond milk anyway...
And does anybody know if almond milk offers more than just tastiness and a bit of calcium/vit e?Â
Veganism with with occasional egg ( I know, that's then not veganism, I'm just using it to describe my diet ) is working well but I'm trying to maximise minerals and such to make sure I remain a healthy example and not a pale stereotype...
