Oh shush, you!

Eight uphill jogs, with all walks between jogs back down to thirty seconds. I did stop once for five seconds to catch my breath. I reached my 9/10s of a mile marker. Argh that last uphill jog is murder!

OK, I am definitely going to do it this time... I have too, I can't stand being this gross anymore and I'm fed up with food controlling my life...

I'm keeping a food diary now so I watch what I'm eating.. It's working!

Food diaries are a useful tool. If I recall, you are a bit like me, in that sometimes you just don't eat. A food diary helps with the consistency and such!

Today I almost started a fire when my thighs were rubbing together. In 5 days, I can start working out 6 days a week. Going to take Before pictures and everything.

P90x came in the mail yesterday Was going to start today, but wayyyy overslept. Still getting over jetlag. But I'm planning to start tomorrow, assuming I wake up early enough (spending the day with my grandma) - still a bit jetlagged, but should be back to normal in a day or two.

Seventeen push-ups.
Eight uphill jogs, all walks between jogs back down to thirty seconds, no stopping to catch my breath.
I guess I must have been kinda dehydrated when I started this. I never got sweaty. Now that I am up to drinking five quarts of water a day the sweat is pouring off of me.
I don't like it very much.
I guess I'll have to put up with it though.

Is this in reference to P90X? Haha yeah, I don't have resistance bands yet (which I'm going to have to use in place of weights and a pull up bar), so I didn't do the fit test yet or the first workout; I did the yoga video instead. It was much harder than the last time I was doing yoga So I'm sure once I actually start it'll be tough!

Forgot that I needed those things to start, which is why I had been planning to do it today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to go pick a resistance band up. My sister is going to take me to the DMV to replace my lost license, so I'll be able to go get one soon (I don't think there's anywhere in walking distance that sells them).

35 minutes of P90X kicked my ass. Resistance bands are the best!

Eight uphill jogs, nine downhill jogs. I took an extra walking interval just so I could make it to my one mile marker, so that gave me room for a couple more downhill jogs before I have to stop and walk the last five minutes.

I saw a pack of coyotes on the way out! I stopped to watch them, and the last one stopped running and watched me back.

First time I've seen them since I moved here.
I hear them plenty, and have to dodge their poops in the road sometimes.
Nice to finally see them though. They are so beautiful.

I walked all around Disneyland yesterday, I'm exhausted. I got the best part of my workout when the escalator was broken and I was parked on the very top of the parking structure. I've never been up so many stairs at once and experienced such great pain from it. It's steep! 6 stories too. After walking around in the sun all day, it was the final part of my workout

^ That sounds like fun.

I am excited to report that I have lost 2kg! It is from not eating half my weight in chocolate every day. I am now eating nuts, raisins and cereal instead. I am a little bloated, but it is still good to be a little trimmer. I need to exercise too, maybe by my birthday I can get some new outfits.

Nineteen push-ups. Eight uphill jogs, ten downhill jogs. I shortened the extra walking interval I still need in order to reach the one mile point. Sure is smoky outside. I can't even see the mountain to the east for the haze of smoke.

Right knee and shin are acting up though. Got them on ice.

I finally saw my first wild tarantula up close! I saw five last September, crossing the highways while I was driving, but I have really wanted to see one up close.

I will be away this weekend, and I'm not sure if I will be able to update or not, but I am going to start this on Monday. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

Not sure what I will do on the off days. I do need to start weight training.

Got my uphill mile in. Eight uphill jogs and ten downhill. All walking intervals back down to thirty seconds, but I had to stop twice to catch my breath. It just gets steeper and steeper after 9/10ths of a mile.

My horsie friends came down near the fence. One of them tried to eat my straw sun visor.

I was super excited about doing my first workout with my new medicine ball. I slept wrong and have pain on my back near my shoulder blade I can barely pick up the medicine ball and move it around, the pain is pretty bad. This always happens. Also, 1 minute before I started my workout, the internet crapped out. My luck is not good when it comes to workout out I'm thinking about bringing my medicine ball to my boyfriend's house so I can workout there tomorrow. Or maybe I'll just do Pilates.

Finally got resistance bands and did the P90X fit test. (ouch). Planning to start the workout tomorrow. I thought I was going to have so much time, seeing as I'm not working and not studying (except for the GRE which is in a week, eek!), and yet I find myself not having any time at all... how is this happening?!
