Bike to school at least twice a week, unless the rainy season restarts...
8-10 servings of fruits (including non-sweet like cucumbers and tomatoes) per day
Soy-based protein 4x max per week
No weight goal, but I'm still tracking it.

I'm looking forward to a fabulous month. Winter *finally* ended yesterday, and I'm getting some serious emotional issues resolved. Plus that 7-day raw challenge helped me lose 4.5 pounds in a week last month! That's more than I had lost in the past
year.

Got in 2 of my exercises already - a walk yesterday morning, and a walk/jog this morning. I GOT UP ON TIME!

Hahaha. Also knocked off two of my 4 soy days... oops.

And today have had only 3 servings of fruits so far (breakfast/lunch), so I'll have to eat lots for dinner. Planning on a raw dinner anyway.
