Ah, yes, it's a UK product. Maybe send them an e-mail and see if they can do anything.

I'm going to start posting this month. I'm at 114.8 as of this morning, down slightly over 10 pounds since February. My goal is be under 110. To put it in perspective, I'm a very tiny person. I'm 5'1" and small-boned.

I started with a personal trainer this morning, with the goal to tone up before my husband and I go on vacation in the Caribbean at the end of the month. I've scheduled 12 workouts with her. This morning's was tough! She really got me with the squats and lunges! She wants me to back off some of my running to conserve energy for the lifting and that's going to be hard for me. I love my morning run (ok, jog!).

My BMI measured a little over 21 - which is perfectly fine. But my body fat percentage was slightly over 25. Agi thinks that with building muscle, that will come down quickly. She wants it to be around 22.

So my goals for the month are to maybe lose a pound or two, but to really put maximum effort into these workouts so that I firm up. I just turned 50, and it's really just hit me how my body has changed over time. I know it's normal, and I know that relative to nearly everyone I know irl, I'm in great shape, but this getting flabby and saggy just sucks! Time to put on the breaks!

Welcome to the thread, Liz!

My Mom is just barely 5'2 and small boned too. I understand what you mean. My BMI is in the healthy range, but I don't "store" fat well on my body because of my frame. I just want to firm up though, I want to scare people with my guns

Done really well on the food front today. Proud of myself. Tomorrow is my last day working around delicious waffles until christmas as well, so that temptation will be gone.

Been eating quite well, still mostly raw. All I want to eat is peaches, though, and it's US $5.50 for two peaches! Oh, well.

Didn't go jogging today, either, as I overslept again. It's hard to get myself up early when I don't have to! Of course I could go out later, but knowing people will be around and watching me - plus it's a park so today there'd probably be lots of kids - makes me uncomfortable. I'm already foreign, have red hair, green eyes, "big" hips, "big" breasts, have super short hair... adding jogging onto that means they'll just stare at me the whole freaking time. I'm so sick of getting watched all the time.

But, I'm going to try to get up tomorrow - it's my last chance to get my 5th exercise in for the week! So I had better do it.

Went for a 45 minute walk after dinner and then did my patterns for another 20. I'd like to hop on the Total Gym tomorrow, my boxercising classes are over for the summer.

Welcome newcomers! Weighed 120.6 Sat. so dropped a tiny bit. Trying really hard to move around more... too hot to go outside and been having afternoon thunderstorms. Played Wii sports with my grandson the other day, got a sore arm out of that! If I ever can afford it, I want a Wii fitness game. And been bopping around to my music to use a few calories!

That's amazing!!!! Congrats on your results and hard work. That's definitely an inspiration.

Not sure what's wrong with me...I can't stop eating badly! I keep trying to get back on track but just eat eat eat all day. I randomly stopped drinking lots of water too (I normally drink at least 10 glasses a day), and I just can't bring myself to drink it.

Had too much white bread yesterday. Better today, much better. For dinner tonight, grilled portobellos on whole wheat buns, corn on the cob, and sauteed green beans. It's so much easier to eat well in the summer!

Done pretty well, despite being out and about all weekend. It's supposed to rain all week, so right now might be my last chance to go jogging for a while. Headed out as soon as I finish my water.

I ate well this weekend. I've also had activity galore! Swimming and doing my C210K run/walks.

NFlowers, those results are amazing! Can't wait to hear more about what you are doing. I've lost 27 since Feb. 27 and have about 27 to go. Looks like 27 is my magic number. I'm also training to walk/jog a half marathon in October. I've never been a runner.

+2lbs. Figured I would be up a little, I'm hoping it's just period weight that'll come off in a couple of days. Gonna go for a bit of a walk now just to make myself feel better about it.

Late nonraw dinner last night...weekends are a bit hard on that when it's not the norm yet. I was down to 130#, today up 2#. Hoping it's just the salt. *crawling back on wagon*

About ready to do some Wii fitness. For the past two days I have not worked out and I could not sleep. Coincidence? I think not.

Didn't rain yesterday! But it's grey and ugly now. Finishing up my water and headed out to run before it starts.

Doing well food-wise, except on Sunday I bought a bunch of silken tofu to make brownies for a friend's birthday, and I bought way too much. I never know what to do with silken tofu, so I made pudding out of it... So there's lots of sugar in that.

Agi is going to whip me into shape, and it's going to be somewhat fun! More upper body today, so hopefully my butt won't be quite so sore tomorrow. Salad bar with the daughter tonight, so as long as I manage to forgo the dried cranberries, it should be a reasonable dinner.

Calrita - I have a recipe for a peanut dip that uses silken tofu - and soy sauce, ginger, lime juice - it's really good. Want it?
