Mission: The VeggieBoards Hamster Club is a group of fitness/health minded vegans and vegetarians who support each other in their endeavors in fitness, diet, and health. Anyone who chooses can post to this thread. There are no dues or fees, just a desire to share our efforts and support one another.

I was an original Hamster 180 weeks ago. Where does the time go? I was asked if I wanted to keep it going. I thought I would give it a try to see if there was any interest. So everyone who is fitness minded stop by and tell us what you're doing today and each day throughout the week, or whenever.

I'm going to the gym to work on some weightlifting and 40 minutes of cardio. I try to vary the machine, and cardio. I was a runner a long while back until a knee injury made me stop running.

So please everyone stop by!

I did indeed do some weight lifting and 40 minutes of cardio. Walked the dogs for 15 minutes as well, although it was a relaxing walk. I'm going bowling tonight.

Asiel, climbing for a couple of hours must be hard work. I would feel it after a couple of minutes. LOL

I did 40 minutes of aerobics, walked and biked at the gym, and some weight lifting.

Today I ran/walked half a mile and then went to Ultra Do-All (45 minutes of intense cardio, then 15 of core strength and light stretching). Feeling worn out but good!
