Mission: The VeggieBoards Hamster Club is a group of fitness/health minded vegans and vegetarians who support each other in their endeavors in fitness, diet, and health. Anyone who chooses can post to this thread. There are no dues or fees, just a desire to share our efforts and support one another.
I was an original Hamster 180 weeks ago. Where does the time go? I was asked if I wanted to keep it going. I thought I would give it a try to see if there was any interest. So everyone who is fitness minded stop by and tell us what you're doing today and each day throughout the week, or whenever.
I'm going to the gym to work on some weightlifting and 40 minutes of cardio. I try to vary the machine, and cardio. I was a runner a long while back until a knee injury made me stop running.
