Today:

20 minutes on the ski machine, 30 minutes on stationary bike, 1 hour yoga video.

Lots of heavy lifting at work today. My muscles hurt.

I do most of my daily exercising at home, lol. Unless I have dance practice or a dance class.

Last night, did some crunches/sit-ups and inner thigh leg work. Will do more tonight, since I have to miss my dance class. Gotta do last minute Father's Day shopping tho, so I have no choice.

Yesterday: 50 minutes of upper work; 60 minutes on the Ellip...

This morning: 45-minute run at 5:45 A.M. methinks the hour on the Ellip last night (9:30-10:30 P.M.) might have wore me down more than I realized this morning...

Tonight I have yoga and we're starting inversions!!

Cheers, hammies!

I ended up doing some ab work the other day that I forgot to post.

Today: 45 minutes elliptical, ab work

...maybe a 1/2 hour trampoline and 15 minutes fast pace on treadmill. Depends on the mood.

Ran 4 miles and biked 18 today. Also did ab stuff and a little bit of upper weights.

Countess - Just out of curiousity, what exactly do you do on the trampoline? Is it one of those full-size-put-in-the-backyard tramps or a small one for balance stuff? I'm just wondering because I'm not really familiar with trampoline-related activity

Hi Hamsters, Tues. 3 mile walk, 3.5 mile run on Wed. + exercise class (cardio karate), today 15 mile bike ride, tomorrow 7 mile run, Sat. is my day off, and Sun either a bike ride or a run and kickball.

Brownie, sorry to hear youre hurt! Great attitude though!!!

PV, a 5K is an awesome goal and a great motivator! Theyre lots of fun too. I cant wait till next Sat. gets here, Im excited to run my favorite 5K. I hope I do better than last year, I had a hard time getting through it for whatever reason and my time was awful.but the party afterwards made it all better

Great work everyone!!!

I actually have both a full-size and a mini. I usually go my my big one for about an hour or two, but it's not continuous jumping because I change CDs and stuff. It rounds out to be about a half hour for an hour and an hour for 2 hours when I use my stop watch. I also go on the mini, which is more of a workout actually. Sometimes before I do yoga, I go on the mini. It's fun! Doesn't feel like working out until I'm done and realize how icky sweaty I am!

There's a calendar for CT here. There are only 2 races listed but it's a start!

Hopefully someone else will know a more resourceful site for what you're looking for

(I couldn't find any races in NY or NJ on that site. Otherwise I would have included them.)

Last night I did a 1 hour body combat class. The instructors were VERY energetic. Today I wince slightly every time I get up off my chair. All those kicks were a bit hard on my poor legs!

Thanks Brownie! haha. death tart. That cracks me up everytime I read the name.

Yesterday: 30 minutes jumping rope, random laps around the field (my kids thought they could beat me), 1 mile walk with the dog

Today: about 2 miles walking total.

Now I'm done with work for about 8 weeks!

I'd be doing a ton of hiking this summer if there wern't so many mountain lion sightings lately (because of this I'm afraid to go alone). My husband only has weekends off and my co-workers aren't really the outdoor types.

I was going to go on a 1 mile run with the dog to see how he would do...

We got to 1/2 a mile and then he layed out in the grass and wouldn't get up so I carried him the 1/2 mile home.

I got back and did 45 minutes on the bike instead.

Here's my total for this week:

M- 4 miles running

T- 6 miles running

W- rest

R- 6 miles running

F- 6 miles running

I found a new route that I like. It actually has some grassy expanses I can run on and not jar myself silly on the concrete the whole time.

This weekend will probably be lazy for me, but I may go walk or take a bike ride.

Today is so hectic, so all I am going to do tonight is some yoga. On a positive note, my friend and I are signing up for swing dance lessons soon!
