I think its just my bone structure or physical make-up or whatever you call it, lol. Trust me... feeling/looking somewhat bony is definitely not because of a lack of protein-rich foods. I could stand to tone more tho, and I think that will help, so thats what I'm working on. thanks.

90 min. Jazz dance class tonight!

GOOD LORD!! That is really scary...I try not to think about stuff like that when I run but...

Um...yesterday I did 25 minutes of running/15 minutes of walking...I just couldn't out-run the bugs (sick).

My gym "partner" crapped out on my (go figure) so I ended up crapping out on myself...no leg-work...

This morning I managed to get up and do a 53-minute [total running time] run starting at 5:45...tonight I have yoga again (yay!) and after that I will be going to do ab-work, maybe make up leg-work if my neck feels better.

Cheers, hammies.

1 mile walk with our new dog.

My husband made me swear I wouldn't take him out for any runs until he gets a bit older.

4 mile run so far

I'm going to the gym later and I'll probably lift weights and do 45 minutes on the stationary bike.

Ran 5 miles today and did upper weights. I'll probably walk a bit later with the dogs...I really want to go out and bike and skate too (I don't mind the heat too much) but I feel like I might have strained a muscle in my hip flexor I'm frustrated with this...the one time I don't feel like taking it easy I have to...go figure.

Ah well.

Great job hamsters!!!

Wow, I was surprised to see the Hamster thread from last week (and this week) didn't have more posts.

I've been walking each day, 2.3-2.7 miles so I'll start posting it here.

I took the week off from running. I took 3 separate bike rides, and covered 25 miles. I'd forgotten how much I love to pedal!

I took a walk tonight (Sat) down a path that leads to a lake, and got chased by some geese. Too funny! I look forward to taking a jog down the path that circles the lake. Come Monday, I'll be hitting the pavement again and running. I've lost a bit of weight since May, and I'm liking the change.

Go Hamsters!
