My forms of exercise are walking, running, and bicycling. Whenever I run or ride my bike, my ears end up aching from the wind. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do about it? I've tried using earplugs but it doesn't help. I don't want to have to resort to being indoors on a treadmill because I love the outdoors. But if I do anything faster than walking, my poor ears suffer.
Any advice or suggestions?
