My forms of exercise are walking, running, and bicycling. Whenever I run or ride my bike, my ears end up aching from the wind. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do about it? I've tried using earplugs but it doesn't help. I don't want to have to resort to being indoors on a treadmill because I love the outdoors. But if I do anything faster than walking, my poor ears suffer.

Any advice or suggestions?

Yes! My ears hurt horribly if I run. Maybe try earmuffs (not plugs)? I gave up moving fast....

I have this really thick fleece headband type thing that works. I like that it's not as bulky as earmuffs.

My ears hurt terrible if the slightest bit of cold winds blow. I wear a fleece head band like ND, and if it's really cold I'll stuff my ears with cotton balls as well. Good luck.
