It's not boot camp, it's yoga camp! Adrienne says it's for all levels. But she also says that you should sign up with an email address to get the calendar and daily emails, so I don't know if everyone wants to do that. I'm up for either, although I lean toward to new program as I've done several of the 30 days routines (and I loved them!). But I'm happy to stick with the plan to do the 30 day routine too. I'm excited that we'll get to do a program as a group. No whey, it'll be your call.

Welcome, @kristenxveggie !

I would love to try the new program, but only if everyone else is on board with it, too. Should we vote, and the majority wins?

I'm cool with the new too. I have 2 IRL people taking the challenge, too, so I will send the new link to them if that's what we decide

I've done day one of the old 30 day and am okay with that. I'm willing to try the new one though!

If anyone wants to do the old program, you'd better vote soon! The new year approaches!

Want to try the new one or do last year's?
I'd like to do the new one, I like the fact that she's including an email each day for subscribers as well as incorporating fresh aspects ('mental health and spiritual wellness') this year, so it sounds like it's going to be quite a holistic programme. Just a bit of a shame that I won't be able to do it in the morning as it'll be my lunchtime by the time they're uploaded (Adrienne says the uploads will be at 6am each day 'Texas time' and I'm GMT so for me 12 Noon). I may try after work.

That's a good point. It will be noon for me too, and I prefer to do yoga in the morning. Should we all start on January 2nd so that we can do the videos at any time of day no matter where we live?

I think I will do my practice in the mornings - so I'll start the monthly programme on the 2nd.

I'd still like to start yoga practice on the first day of Jan 2016, so I'll kick off with a beginner video (probably the 1st vid from the first 2015 series) then carry with the new 2016 series from the 2nd Jan.

Do you mean Adrienne from youtube?

I have been following her yoga channels for a long time. Really love the stuff she teaches. It is refreshing and peaceful

Okay, so it looks like we're starting the new Yoga Camp program on Saturday the 2nd, unless anyone has any objections.

I might do evening yoga ... simply because then I can get the man in my life to do it with me :-) (he cycles in the mornings and I think it would be good for him to do some stretchy stuff too).

Yes I am all in!

Really love the ways she does her yoga videos. Very comfortable and easy to follow along.

The way she speaks, just eludes so much peacefulness and harmony in her qi (our asian way way of defining human energy). It just feels so warm and fuzzy

Here's the first video. Turns out that it's just an introduction, so those of us planning to start on January 2nd will actually be starting on the 3rd!

I did a few from last year's videos this past week, so I just did another one from that today.

I'm excited. We were out of town last night through this afternoon. Now my tummy is full of black-eyed peas. I'm actually glad I don't have to do a yoga at 8:15pm routine to catch up!

So I did the first video today - it was linked in the first email which I received yesterday. It was very easy and a lovely, relaxing practice. However I have not received an email or a video today. I thought we should have received two by now and were doing them one day off schedule - is that correct?
