EPIC Natural Vegan Gains | Pro Bodybuilder Torre Washington

Anytime a vegan is a highly-accomplished strength or physique athlete, there is the inevitable "explanation" that their gains were achieved prior to being vegan and maintained as a vegan. Well professional bodybuilder Torre Washington made his epic gains on plants.

but in just 3 months being vegetarian I´m still making gains at the same rate as before.

one of the things i despise about the gym culture is the emphasis on animal protein.

i just try not to think about it when i am there.

That's good to see...

It makes sense really, as after all some of the biggest and most muscular animals are herbivores

WOW, this is really interesting, I know there are several vegetarian sources of protein, but I thought wasn't enough to be a bodybuilder. Is glad to see I was wrong, I need to learn more.
