Has anyone ever had this happen?? Today during spin class about 20-25 mins in, I started feeling sick. I backed off on the tension and speed and just took it easy for a bit but I still ended up having to walk out of class, and when I did, I felt all dizzy/light headed. I had to sit down on the stairs and then I headed straight for the bathroom where I sat for about 10 minutes, still dripping sweat off of me. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I've been working out fairly consistently for the past 2+ years and I've taken spin class tons of times.
Has this ever happened to you? Does anyone know the reason?? I'm really worried about it happening again and what if I actually faint from it?? (I don't know why, but fainting in public has always been a huge worry of mine) But either way, I don't want this to happen ever again when I work out. :/
I posted this message on a health & fitness board (non-veg) and everyone started telling me I needed to have more protein and electrolytes before my workouts. (I had 1/4 of a cantaloupe & a banana for bfast, and a larabar for a snack) But even when I was eating a vegan diet I never had this problem.
