Hi Everyone

So been back to gym. Doing cardio and weights. Actually amazed how quickly muscle shows when you are already lean. I love it and going to keep going.

Will also start bikram yoga again on Saturday the 90 class nothing like a bit of a challenge, its expensive but if I cut back on eating junk and alcohol I can do a class a week.

All in all feeling fantastic.

Must just keep my energy levels up as the exercise is draining me.

Having a soya shake twice a day now with my breakfast and lunch and that seems to be working.

Hey love, it's really super that you're getting back on track and enjoying it! I'm kinda jealous actually, I am going down the opposite route, losing it fast

Do you need to start a thread every time you exercise though? Do you have 2 on the go already

Probably not necessary to start a new thread everytime. so will just keep this one going.



Determinate I tell you, just had my soya shake and peanut butter with ice cubes in the middle of winter.

Feeling the fatigue of my muscles working again.

Loving getting fitter, its hard work thou, You lose it so quickly and then its so hard to get back to where you were.

Looking forward to BIKRAM YOGA on Saturday morning.

Winter is here in Cape Town, South Africa, I have never understood the logic of the people as in to sit back and eat eat eat in winter and then balloon just to a month before summer start panicing and trying not to get in shape.

Winter for me is a time to start working hard on getting my body into shape. So when summer hits I am ready to go. My mood is fantastic and I feel great.

Was a nice day yesterday took my staffie for a walk in the park. Was so fun!

Its the weekend baby.

Looking forward going back to bikram yoga tomorrow.
