A while after going vegan, I noticed my periods getting more and more severe. Anyone else notice this??:serious:
Wow. I had a completely opposite experience! Mine became far less painful
Now in menopause, I seem to have it much easier.
I do eat soy regularly.
How much has your diet changed? Are you eating a lot of new foods, trying to be really healthy? Are you eating a lot raw?
It's impossible to assume anything when people say- "Since I've been vegan...", because being vegan just means no animal products.
