I get crampy all of the time, but no periods. Not since I lost it due to ED's. When was the last time you got your period?

What about taking a nice walk or doing some yoga? Just stretching out on the floor could help.

Ditto that. Or taking a bath or a nap can help.

I was just wishing for a hysterectomy earlier today because my cramps were so horrible. They're gone now, so I love my parts again. I hope you feel the same soon.

You're right. If I hadn't had mine 3 years ago I'd more than likely be dead from cervical cancer.

I get really bad cramps (sometimes I vomit from the pain) and I find that heating pads or hot water bottles really help. They're not very convenient though I'm looking into going on the pill to skip my periods, or to just have a few periods a year.

Glam,

My question is might there be a chance you are pregnant? Is your urin greenish yellow? You can spot the first two months of pregnancy. Just asking. No offense intended.
