Inspired from the exercise thread!





Today i ran 4.11 miles on the treadmill and then did weightlifting.



What did you do today?

I swam for an hour (some laps, diving, and playing around), and walked my dogs for 30 mins.

I'll do yesterday, since I haven't left the house yet today.

I walked to my friends house (~1/2 - 3/4 of a mile) then to the shops with my friends (~1 mile) and back home. That's it. I don't really exercise.

I just walked a mile on the treadmill. I would go to the pool tonight, but I'm going out so I won't have time. Thats my exercise for the day!

Yesterday i worked all day so i made thursday my off day...



Today i ran five miles and did weightlifting.



i have to work tonight and sat and sun!

I've never learned to ride a bike.



Today I went to 2 hours of ballet, did a half hour of pilates and took a walk outside for about another half hour.

Dont feel bad, I can't ride a bike either.



Yesterday I did did arms (lifting and self resistence), abs, legs, and stretching (yoga, pilates mix) which takes 1 hour.



Today I box on my punching bag for 15 minutes. No, i am not trying to be the next Hilary Swank or anything, boxing is amazing cardio and so much fun.



I switch off boxing and my 1 hour workout everyday.

I will be using an elliptical trainer for 30 min, weights for 15, other stuff for 15.

I had a long day today... no time to exercise. I will try to do so tomorrow though...





When i do exercise I generally lift some weights, do some crunches, and i'll go jogging/walking for an hour. I'd say I do about 4 miles (maybe?)



I swim about 3-5 miles everyday during the winter, because of swim team.

I don't do summer league though...

Today I did an hour on the cybex machine (like a hybrid between stairmaster and eliptical) and a half hour of pilates, plus a 15 minute dance warm up before my show and 20 minutes of walking to and from the theater.

Sorry vegwithedge, I'm using someone else's computer so I don't know how to edit posts. I was asking how long it takes to run that far and if its on the treadmill. See I like running, and I want to run, but it takes so long and it gets boring on the treadmill. Anyway, I'm going to try running a mile now.

snownose- the 4.15 miles took fourty minutes including a 2 minute warmup and a 1 minute cool down of walking. I do it on the treadmill because its just soo dang hot here this time of the year. I have the ability to zone out so i dont get bored- my ipod keeps me alive

yea I noticed that I was zoning out after a mile too, but then I stopped. I think tomorow I'll use my ipod too and try to go 1 1/2 mile.

I love jogging with my dog. It makes me forget that I'm exercising!

OK, Monday- tennis, dog walk

tuesday- 1 mile on treadmill

today- 1 mile on treadmill, 10 laps of swimming pool, and maybe a short dog walk.

Today i jogged for a 1/2 hour, hopefully i got 2.5 miles in.

Then i did a half hour of yoga. I forgot how good exercising feels.

Lazy? You exercised for 2 hours and 40 minutes...I must be super lazy the longest I ever ride is an hour or so.



I went for a 10 minute run, then right after I rode my bike for 15-20 minutes.

ETA: I did some crunches and ab stuff for 10 minutes.
