Dont feel bad, I can't ride a bike either.
Yesterday I did did arms (lifting and self resistence), abs, legs, and stretching (yoga, pilates mix) which takes 1 hour.
Today I box on my punching bag for 15 minutes. No, i am not trying to be the next Hilary Swank or anything, boxing is amazing cardio and so much fun.
I switch off boxing and my 1 hour workout everyday.
