kashi go lean with vanilla silk

coffee with hazlenut silk creamer



two "hotdog" sandwiches on wheat buns with mayonaise and cheddar veggie slices



an apple



subway, wheat 6 inch with spinach, mustard, tomatoe and pickles



a slice of banana bread

I ate three bags of Oatmeal today. I only woke up about an hour ago.



Yesterday I had a bag of Mike & Ike for breakfast.

Pizza, a bag of sunchips, a cookie, and half a pint of milk.

No dinner yesterday though. I usually have pasta, or a sub, or something.

today, i had.

a bowl of rice cheaks with hull milk, a slice of peanutbutter toast, pop and water, pb&j and i think that all, plus a little smothie i made. wow i didnt eat enough today.

Today I had a toasted tomato sandwich with soy cheese and lettuce for breakfast and for lunch I had a bowl of fruit and for dinner I am having shepherds pie with "fake" beef of course

Oh god. Um. Pasta with pesto sauce, nibbles of my vegan chocolate cake I baked last night, a tofu burger, a felafel kebab and a whole lot of salad. Do I eat a lot or do you guys not eat much? Or both?

lunch: soy burger, pop, sunchips

snack: fudge, vanilla silk

dinner: salad, vanilla silk, cucumber, mango, bell pepper, onion, garlic, vinegar dressing, tofu chunks (from previous day, cooked with stir-fry), all of this stuff went with the salad

Er... yesterday I didn't eat anything but supper, which I only ate because my mom was there... and of course, cough candies. I hate being sick. My appetite goes screwy and my throat is awful... but today I did slightly better:

Breakfast: Manderin Orange

Lunch: another manderin orange... and a little bag of chips

Snack: Coconut Muffin

Dinner: Tomato-veggie soup

Thank God someone called me at noon, or else I would have slept all through the school day.. haha. And thank God I got offered a ride, because I would have been very very late. Dang, I have a headache.

Hot Cocoa (soymilk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, raw sugar)

Piece of refried bean pizza with salsa lettuce and tomato

toast w/ almond butter, PB and jelly

Fruit-clementine, grapes, banana pieces



Lunch:

Red Beans and rice

Potato

Pumpkin Cranberry Choc Chip Walnut Cookie mmmmmmMMM



Snacks:

Hot Cocoa again, I mixed in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and maple syrup this time..interesting

Pumpkin Cookie

Clementine

Dried cranberries, dried tomatoes, a chip with salsa

I stuck my finger in the jar of PB a few times, then the almond butter



Dinner:

WW Pasta w/ a lot of veggies and black beans/potatoes sauteed in olive oil

tomato sauce

stuck my finger in the cashew butter (yes I like nut butter )
