I love oatmeal with raisins and cinnamin and nutmeg, with a litle bit of maple syrup. But it is good without, or try date sugar too! And try cooking it in vanilla soymilk. Or for a extra sweet treat, cook it in chocolate soymilk. mmmm
my favorite is with less milk/water/soymilk so it's gooey, then put sugar or sucanat with cinnamon and some frozen blueberries mixed in. healthy and wonderful. oooh, frozen blueberries with plain, vanilla or soy yoghurt is extra good too, and if you eat it every day, you'll live forever!!
