and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert!
Lunch: Brown rice with sweet soy sauce (1/2 agave, 1/2 soy sauce) and sesame seeds
Dinner: The same rice, but with peas this time
I've been on an asian food kick lately. Tomorrow for breakfast, I'll have a vegan pad thai dish from Trader Joe's. Yum, yum, yum!
Actually, Nutella has milk and whey in it, so isn't vegan... I got excited there, I used to love Nutella! Oh well.
L - spinach salad with quinoa, sunflower seeds, dried currants & balsamic vinaigrette, a teriyaki soy chicken skewer, an apple with cinnamon, and a bit of flatbread and lemon dill hummus
D - rice and beans with spinach, corn and peas
~Coffee, black with raw sugar.
~Handful of red grapes.
~Leftover reheated vegan lasagne from last night; made with tofu, rice noodles, nutritional yeast, spinach, olives, garlic, organic pasta sauce, and mushrooms.
~Glass of soy milk.
Early dinner-ish (because I don't feel like cooking tonight):
~Smoothie; made with coconut milk, handful of blueberries, strawberries, a banana, a half teaspoon of spirulina powder, and ice.
I also had some Earl Grey tea.
Kind of a lazy day as far as meals go. I went crazy in the kitchen yesterday so I really didn't feel like hanging around in there anymore today.
~Two slices of whole wheat toast with strawberry slices.
~Coffee with soy milk and raw sugar.
~Smoothie, made with a pear, strawberries, blueberries, cranberry juice, coconut milk, and ice.
Late afternoon snacking:
~Pumpkin spice tea with raw sugar.
~Handful of peanuts.
~Baked red potato with black pepper and a pinch of nutritional yeast.
~Oven baked butternut squash slices.
~Zucchini and green beans, boiled in the oven.
Ate quite a bit today. I was super hungry today because I couldn't keep down anything but juice yesterday. :/ Migraines are icky.
~Pumpkin spice tea.
~Oatmeal with blueberries.
~Handful of grapes.
~Roasted asparagus soup.
~Coffee with raw sugar and soy milk.
~Grilled "cheese" sandwich with cheddar Daiya and avocado slices.
Well, I was gonna try being a vegan today, but I guess I'll hold out until the 1st after all. I keep messin' up!
Breakfast: 2 veggie sausages, 1 slice whole wheat toast, tablespoon of grape jelly
Lunch: 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 6 pecans, a green smoothie and a cup of pineapple
Dinner: Salad w/ ranch (That's is where I goofed up) and croutons
Breakfast- Two potato cakes with baked beans and a little bit of cheezly
Lunch- I made some guacomole and had it on a wholemeal sandwich with spinach. Polished the rest off with some crisps!
Snack- Orange juice and some of the tastiest vegan chocolate I have ever eaten.
Dinner- Not eaten yet, but gonna have a load of roast veggies and some tofu in tomato sauce. Then maybe a couple of kiwis.
Breakfast was Kashi protein cereal with almond milk and an apple. Lunch was a salad with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, crispy chow mein noodles and sesame dressing. For dinner I had Gardein crispy tenders with my favorite thai sauce <3(: Aaaand, for a snack, i had some cashews and steamed veggies. So delish.
B: granola and coffee, didn't have much time for anything.
L: pad thai! it was so good.
D: a tortilla pizza w/ mushrooms and vegan pepperoni and a salad.
S: i ate dinner kinda early so i was hungry later on; i had some kimchi and some cinnamon graham crackers.
Lunch-quinoa with black beans & corn, broccoli, a clementine
Dinner-big bowl of sweet potato chili, spinach, a glass of coconut milk
Snack-apple with peanut butter
And lots of green tea because my throat hurts:(
Breakfast - Nothing, Again :c
Lunch - Didn't have any either :c
Dinner - Quorn Chicken Kieve style things, potatoes, and assorted greens
After Dinner Snack - 3 Freddos c:

Breakfast: I didn't really have much but I was starving so I just started grabbing at things. So I had about half a banana (ate around the brown spot and then accidentally dropped the rest of it in the trash when I took the peel off )-:) and I'd say around 6 raspberries. Also we were low on food and I was getting ready to go to the grocery, haha.
Lunch: We were gonna eat out and have pad thai, but didn't have time )-: Luckily I bought the stuff to make my own. ^^ But for lunch when I got home I had an Annie Chun's garlic scallion noodle bowl.
Dinner: Will edit when I've had it. :b Edit- I heated up a frozen vegetable lasagna. I also had a bit of mango later on.
